This course involves gentle movements designed to help improve strength, balance, flexibility, fitness and mobility.  It is a social and motivational way to enhance fitness in a range of simple exercises.

Thursdays                   Class 1:   9.30am – 10.30am                 Class 2:  10.45am – 11.45am

Cost:  $10 per session
