A deposit of 50% of the course fee is payable within 48 hours of booking. Balance is payable 7 days prior to the commencement of the course. If booking within 7 days, full payment is required.
Payments can be made in person during office hours (8.30 am – 4.00 pm Monday to Friday) or by mail. We accept credit card payments over the phone (may incur a surcharge). EFTPOS facilities are available at the Centre. Cheques should be made payable to “Lyrebird Community Centre Inc”. An administration fee of $5.50 (incl GST) will be incurred if an invoice is required. Third party payments will be charged the full price. Healthcare and Pension card holders may be eligible for a concession on some courses. Limited ACFE funding is available for eligible participants.
Lyrebird is not responsible for changes in participants circumstances. Courses should be chosen carefully. If Lyrebird should cancel a course, we will notify you and a full refund will be given. If a participant cancels during a course or up to 7 days prior to a course commencing, no refund will be given. Prior to this a refund will be given, less a $10 administration cost.
