This course is designed to give participants the basics to work in a cafe or retail food shop. It will cover accredited Food Handling training*, customer service, money handling, basic barista training and hands on experience in serving customers in a community setting. This course is free for young people between 12 to 24 years old through the Engage funding - enquire to find out more. *SITXFSA101 Use hygienic practices for food safety is provided by Langwarrin Community Centre RTO #22053.
